Direct Collection on Consumer Accounts
Once the account is assigned for Direct collection it will be reported to Equifax, Experian and TransUnion Credit Reporting national databases.
During the Direct Collection process our staff will send notices, make telephone calls, search all property databases, skip trace, verify employment, verify assets, and access credit report data bases.
When assets are determined, we will pursue legal action. Legal fees
are paid by Credit Bureau Associates and will be recovered from
the debtor when we collect on the judgment. No commission charged
until we collect!
Commission rate is 50% on all accounts. Special rates are based
on volume and dollar amounts assigned. If we determine assets
and pursue legal action to obtain judgment the commission rate
will be 50%. Credit Bureau Associates pays all court costs up
front. No fee to you to obtain judgment.
