Premier Credit Report

1. Report Number - The report number assigned to identify this report.
2. Credit Reporting Agency Accessed - The three major Credit Reporting Agencies (CRA's) are: Equifax (EFX). TransUnion (TU) and Experian (XPN). This space indicates which agencies you ordered.
3. Price and Type - The amount you paid and the type of report you ordered.
4. Responsibility - Indicates who is responsible for this account.

5. Source - The source indicates the creditor or organization that furnished this information.
6. Account Number - The account or reference number may be incomplete for security reasons.
7. Reporting Agency - The Credit Reporting Agency that supplied this information.
8. Status Date - The date this status was reported, last updated or paid.
9. Date Opened - The date the account was opened.
10. Credit Limit, Original Amount or High Balance - The credit limit extended by the lender; the original amount of the loan or the highest balance of this account.
11. Balance - The current balance of this account as of the status date.
12. Amount Past Due - The amount past due of the status date.
13. Historical Status, Months Reviewed - The number of months the creditor has reviewed the account to establish the 30/60/90 day counters for times past due.
14. Times Past Due - The number of times this account was past due 30-59 days; 60-89 days; 90+ days.
15. Payment & Type - The amount of estimated or scheduled monthly payment and type of account: REV = revolving; INST = installment; MOR = mortgage; OPEN = Open Account.
16. Status Comment - The status of the account.

17. Alerts - CKPT - Alerts - checkpoints are comments on the file to identify important information.
18. AKA Records - Also Known As, indicates other names used in conjunction with your I.D.
19. Employment - Employment information is supplied by members of the Credit Reporting Agencies.
20. Inquiries - A list of organizations who have accessed your credit file within the last 2 years.
